Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Step-by-step multi-level escalation framework for investors to lodge complaints against a Research Analyst.
In case of any grievance or complaint, investors should first approach Investogenie directly. The Research Analyst will strive to redress the grievance immediately, and not later than 21 days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
If unresolved within 21 days, investors can lodge complaints on SCORES 2.0, a web-based centralized grievance redressal platform operated by SEBI.
- First Review: Conducted by the designated body — Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB).
- Second Review: Conducted directly by SEBI if unsatisfied with the first review.
Investors may also initiate online conciliation and arbitration through the SMARTODR portal for unresolved grievances in accordance with SEBI guidelines.

- Always deal exclusively with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
- Verify that the Research Analyst holds a valid SEBI registration certificate.
- Cross-check the SEBI Registration Number on the official SEBI website.
- Pay close attention to disclosures made in research reports before investing.

Fee Payment Channel: Pay Research Analyst fees only through banking channels. You may use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) of RAASB if opted by the RA. Maintain signed receipts.
- Check research recommendations before buying/selling securities or applying in IPOs.
- Ask relevant questions and clear all doubts prior to acting on recommendations.
- Seek guidance on complex or high-risk financial products before trading.
- Understand your right to discontinue services according to agreed terms.
- Report any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns to SEBI.
- Do NOT provide funds or trading capital to the Research Analyst.
- Do NOT fall prey to misleading advertisements, social media hype, or market rumors.
- Do NOT get enticed by limited-period discounts, gifts, or incentives.
- Do NOT share login credentials, passwords, or OTPs of bank, demat, or trading accounts under any circumstances.
- Do NOT sign blank or pre-signed agreements without reading clauses carefully.
- Do NOT expect guaranteed or risk-free financial returns from stock research.
